DESCRIPTION:Haiti Cultural Exchange in collaboration with Diaspora Community Services presents Solidarity With Migrants\nMentally Rejuvenate with Glenda Lezeau\n“This workshop will allow participants to tap from within and rejuvenate their minds. I will incorporate visualization exercises\, meditation\, and mindfulness exercises (i.e. deep breathing\, puzzles\, etc). I will also incorporate my signature letter writing activity where participants will write loving and healing letters to themselves. These letters will provide insight while tapping into their inner wisdom. Throughout the workshop\, I will create space for open discussions. The workshop will end with a quick movement/dance exercise.
