I will incorporate visualization exercises\, meditation\, and mindfulness exercises (i.e. deep breathing\, puzzles\, etc). I will also incorporate my signature letter writing activity where participants will write loving and healing letters to themselves. These letters will provide insight while tapping into their inner wisdom. Throughout the workshop\, I will create space for open discussions. The workshop will end with a quick movement/dance exercise.
