DESCRIPTION:Bring your “little artists” for an afternoon of creativity hosted by HCX at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum.\n  \n2-4 pm\nSaturday\, April 13th\n\n\nThis event’s guest teacher is artist Emmanuel Elpenord! \nTi Atis (Little Artists) engages youth of Haitian descent and their peers with Haitian history and heritage via the arts\, giving young people the tools to build an inclusive and culturally informed future as they learn about diverse art forms from professional Haitian artists. \nIn this workshop\, we will design and build a simple puppet with paper and foam\, rods\, glue\, markers etc; break off into pairs and trios to create short shows with our puppet characters; and finally share them with each other. \n  \nAs a gift to our email subscribers\, we’re offering you the opportunity to sign up for a free ticket.
