Oh Thursday, January 25th we hosted the final event in our month-long Haiti X NY residency Jérôme Siméon (Junior Racine Mapou).
The event showed a documentary screening of “Junior” with an An n Pale with director A.J. Wilhelm and the film’s subject, Junior Racine Mapou.
Guests enjoyed a post-film Vodou Jazz Jam featuring Junior Racine Mapou & Markus Schwartz on Haitian drums, Bobby Raymond on bass, and JC Maillard on guitar.
